School seemed to be dragging on. Every minute that passed seemed to take years before the clock ticked over. Jeff Kenton, a seventeen year old senior, glanced at the clock for what seemed like the thousandth time in the past couple of minutes, waiting for the bell to ring. He held his head in his hands, with his elbows resting on the desk, his dark brown hair spilling over his fingers, and sighed.
