Missy: Day Three
Day 3 It was raining when I woke up the next morning. The rain tapped gently against the windows in my bedroom, wind shaking the trees in the backyard. It was one of those days where I wanted to curl up in bed and read, cozy and warm under the covers. But unfortunately at eighteen I still needed to go to school. As quickly as I could I scurried into the bathroom and turned on the shower, closing the bathroom door to keep the steam in. Hopefully it would heat the room up a little and take away my chill.
