I have described it as Fiction, but most of my writings are semi-biographical. Not that I am embellishing, more like I’m toning down the reality. I was home alone when I got the call that my Uncle George was dead. I went to the funeral and met some relatives that I never knew I had. George was my dad’s older brother. I had to fly alone, my mom and step dad didn’t want to come. My dad died when I was two, so I never knew him.
