As Keith was sitting there, he heard a sound. The jungle, of course, makes sounds all the time, but this sound was different. He gets to his feet and moves as softly as possible towards where his senses tell him it came. Peeking out from behind a tree he can see movement. His fears are that it might be some kind of big animal. But his heart leaps when he can make out that it is a human! Although not a big animal with teeth and fangs, humans can also be dangerous, so he doesn’t give himself away! He must first observe if it is safe. What he sees is a girl, or a woman actually.
