The full body workout
I was almost done. I mean with my workout. Ever since COVID19, I’ve been forced to exercise at home. That’s almost the only concession I’ve had to make because of the virus. I had no problems to move to remote working, so I was never really hit as bad as some people. I really like to work out. So, to avoid getting sick, I bought full set of gym equipment to home. Well, not full set since that would have been overkill. But more like bench, bar, dumbbells, and enough weights to manage. It’s funny how much you can get done just by even having a simple lifting bar at home. I wouldn’t say that I am addicted to working out, but that is my standard method of staying in shape.
