What I saw through the neighbor’s window
Window tinting reverses at night. People can see in when you turn the light on. 14-year-old Billy was looking out of his window. He was on the way to bed and was hoping for a sunny day. There were a few clouds but nothing to worry about. Then he noticed the light come on in the house next door on the second floor. His room was also on the second floor.
