In the dimly lit house, two pairs of inhuman eyes stared at me. I was on the couch, my ankle pulsing in agony.
“Who are you?”
The demons leered. The sound of the vampires’ entrance diverted my gaze.
“Well, well,” the male vampire purred. “What have we here?”
The female’s fangs descended. “In trouble, it seems.”
The demons snarled, advancing on them, but with a blur of lightning speed, the vampires dispatched them.
“I suggest we take this somewhere safer.”
Two hours later, I lay naked between them, sweet bliss coursing through me.
Monsters or not, I was in heaven.
